The services provided by our facility will be those the resident wants and those the resident needs, based on the individual’s pre-admission appraisal, and the needs and services plan:

• Continuous care and supervision.

• Observation for changes in physical, mental,emotional and social functioning.

• Notification to resident’s family, physician of resident’s needs.

• Lodging: furnished, single rooms and double rooms.

• Food services: three nutritious meals daily and snacks, special diets if prescribed by the doctor.

• Assistance with personal activities of daily living: dressing, eating, toileting, bathing, grooming, mobility tasks, other personal care needs.

• Hair stylist and toenail care specialist available upon request.

• Incontinence care.

• Assistance with taking prescribed and over-the-counter medications in accordance with the physician’s orders.

• Bedside care and tray service for minor temporary illness or recovery from surgery.

• Hygiene items of general use, such as soap and toilet paper.

• Laundering personal clothing.

• Clean bed and bath linens weekly, or as often as needed.

• Cleaning of resident’s room.

• Comfortable and suitable bed and bedroom furniture.

• Plan and arrange for transportation to medical and dental appointments.

• Activity program.

Nurses from home health agencies and hospice agencies can come in to our facility to provide professional medical care, under a physician’s order.
